Discovery Magazines are produced in partnership with local tourism marketing organizations (DMOs). A contribution from the DMO subsidizes the printing costs for the magazine and reduces the ad rates, so that advertising in Discovery Magazine is affordable for even the smallest businesses. Content of the magazine is determined by the DMO, in consultation with our in-house editorial staff. Writing and editorial photography can be provided by the DMO or by our staff and freelance writers/photographers.
