Finally! There’s a comprehensive, full-color, glossy visitor magazine bringing together information about all of the area’s attractions, lodging, dining, shopping, outdoor activities, arts, galleries, entertainment, and events. This guide helps tourists, as well as students and their families, make the most of visiting your area. Discovery Magazine lets visitors know where they can go and what they can do. With comprehensive maps of all primary locations, visitors will easily find their way to any place, advertiser, or activity in the area. Discovery Magazines are published seasonally, in consultation with local Convention & Visitor Bureaus and Chambers of Commerce, to best coincide with peak visitation seasons and marketing needs of the particular locale. Distribution varies by market, and is based on projected consumption. The magazine will be available at hotels, restaurants, select travel and truck stops, area visitor centers, colleges, universities, retail shops, Chamber of Commerce offices, B&Bs, and also utilized in CVB fulfillment. Local editions of Discovery Magazine include a complete listing of area opportunities, so visitors will use the magazine while they’re here and keep it to plan for their next trip. This is especially important to our collegiate families, who plan regular visits months in advance.
