  • Art and layout services are available. Estimated art charges are due and payable with your signed contract. Our award-winning graphics department is ready to help you design an attractive, effective ad. You may discuss specific advertisement ideas, preferences, and goals with your sales representative. Camera-ready ads meeting magazine specifications and received by posted deadlines (see below) will not incur art charges.
     

  • Please submit any artwork (pictures, logos, etc.) that you wish us to use in TIFF, EPS, PDF, or JPG formats. Camera-ready ads may also be submitted in these formats.
     

  • We require all graphics to be submitted at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
     

  • Please see your Discovery Magazine's Rates and Deadlines page for important deadline information for ad copy and content.

  • We are a full-color process (CMYK) publication.
     

  • Our office operates on a Windows platform, using the Adobe suite of design and publishing products.
     

  • Our graphics department accepts files by e-mail, on CD, by upload via YouSendIt.com. files to graphics@discoverymagazines.com.
     

  • Ad proofs may be viewed through our website. We will e-mail the contact person you designate with a URL hyperlink for your ad proof. Your authorized contact can then approve the ad or enumerate desired modifications via a form on the ad proof page. (Please note that ad proofs posted on the web are at the screen resolution of 72 dpi; these are not posted at a printable resolution.)
